Celebrate yoga and the culture of this enchanting seaside city


This ancient city has it all from Roman ruins to museums dedicated to the Modernists Picasso and Miró. Finding bliss in an urban setting seems quixotic. This retreat is for all who live with the modern stress of living in the city and even in the countryside. We'll focus on integrating yoga into our everyday life in simple and powerful ways that can be life changing.


Nadine Johnson

Nadine started practicing yoga to relax. While working 12 hour days and traveling over 100K miles per year, yoga helped her stay healthy and thrive in her creative career.  She started teaching to help,others find a healthy balance in life. She has always integrated her consistent practice of Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative Yoga in her teaching.  Her love of circus training and Aerial Arts supports a strong and vibrant practice and safe teaching. She provides clear and concise direction to help take your practice to the next level. When she’s not traveling the world teaching workshops and retreats, you can find her in San Francisco, California.

Sharing a meal brings people closer. Learn how to cook authentic Spanish cuisine.

The Plan


Day 1

After checking in and settling into your room, we'll have an anti jet lag yoga session and welcome dinner.

Day 2

You'll have free time after breakfast to explore the city. Our 2 hour yoga workshop will include asana and philosophy of integrating yoga into everyday life and dinner together.

Day 3

After breakfast we'll enjoy a guided tour of the city to explore the rich art and architecture of this amazing city. Our evening yoga session will focus on deep relaxation before dinner together.

Day 4

After breakfast, we'll gather for a 2 hour yoga workshop with asana and discussion focusing on maintaining a daily practice on your own. Afterwards, you have free time and we will enjoy dinner together.

Day 5

After breakfast, our yoga session will energize the body followed by a little free time. We'll work together in our authentic Spanish cooking class and share the meal we create together.

Day 6

One last breakfast together before we say goodbye to this wonderful city.
