Discover the captivating world of Cuba on this seven-day art and cultural immersion yoga retreat in Havana and Viñales. Your journey will begin in the heart of Havana with powerful daily yoga, live music, dance classes, visits to community art projects and more. You'll then head to the tranquil mountain region of Viñales, where you can hike and explore the untouched forests and agricultural landscapes.
This down-to-earth adventure will be complimented by accommodation in local homestays throughout the week, where you'll get a taste of the warmth and richness of the community.
Part of your registration includes a donation to the Las Aguas Fund, a local organization that supports sustainability in Cuban yoga communities.

Lihi Benisty is a yoga practitioner who strives for the perfect alchemy of precise physical instruction, intelligence, intention, and space in her classes. You can expect detailed attention to alignment to discover the subtleties of each posture, while using the breath to find a sense of lightness and ease.
Benisty draws from various yoga lineages (vinyasa, ashtanga, bhakti, iyengar) and incorporates them into a rich and satisfying experience. Her classes are challenging, uplifting, and approachable, as she takes you beyond the physical aspects of yoga and brings you into your own sacred space.

Overview
In Havana, Cuba's bustling capital, you’ll stay in a homestay one block from the sea in the hip neighborhood of Vedado. This will be your jumping off point for all of your adventures throughout the old and new city.
Viñales is most known as the gateway to the Sierra de los Organos mountains and the Viñales Valley. The valley’s large limestone hills are will known to rock climbers and hikers for dramatic views. You will stay in adjacent houses surrounded by natural views and farmland.
