A weekend of workouts, relaxation and re-energising.

Overview

This weekend has been designed for you, to put you first, refresh and rejuvenate. The weekend will be full of fun, laughter and meeting other women who are like minded. Its about escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life and putting you first for the weekend.
We’ll embark on a 2-night 3 day full of fun activities (all optional) countryside walks, group workouts and yoga. I’ll also be holding 1-1 talks with each of you to find out more about you and help you become the best version of yourself. The weekend is designed to put you first and be relaxing so you leave feeling re-energised.

The weekends delicious meals will be created and cooked by the amazingly talented chef Ceri Jones.

Eaton Manor

Overview

With spectacular views to the dramatic Wenlock Edge and along the valley, each of our luxury cottages is located in its own grounds, with generous private gardens (apart from Great Western Lodge, Woodpecker Way and Pheasant Walk which each have a private, enclosed patio.)  

All holiday cottages have excellent complimentary Wi-Fi. 

The Manor House is a large self catering manor house (sleeping 14 in 7 en-suite bedrooms) which dates from 17th century and sits in an acre of enclosed rolling gardens.

The Schedule

Friday Evening

On arrival on Friday evening you'll have a chance to unpack unwind and enjoy a delicous dinner cooked by the amazing Ceri Jone's.

Saturday

On Saturday you'll wake up to the beautiful hill of Shropshire. The morning will begin with an outdoor partner workout followed by a stretch yoga session by Heather and then it's onto breakfast.

You'll then have some free time to enjoy some peace and quiet, read a book or book in a 1-1 with me.

In the afternoon we'll take a stroll into the hills for an afternoon walk returning to a freshly cooked dinner by Ceri.

The evening will be full of snacks and girly chats,

Sunday

Sunday morning we'll enjoy another morning workout followed by breakfast.

Later on that morning we will embark on a meditation yoga before you enjoy lunch and depart for the day around 12:00
