On this retreat we tackle the big questions on Women’s Hormonal Health and how it affects us all in ways that we are often not even aware. A deep journey of learning about what lies beneath the surface of our bodies supported by yoga classes, relaxation, organic vegan food that cleanses and restores gut health and a roadmap to a healthier you.



We all know we have these things called Hormones, you’ve heard your girlfriends talk about PMS, painful “time of the month”, infertility, weight gain, fatigue but often we never know what causes imbalances, how to manage them and how to heal ourselves until it is too late. In this retreat our resident Functional Medical Doctor Dr Ana Maria Stoica will join us to talk openly about what all of us are going through on subjects like Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), transition pre / post pregnancy, thyroid disorder, sex hormones (estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone) and how you can gain back control of a well balanced hormonal landscape and your health via eating the right foods.

Dr Ana Maria Stoica

Ana Maria Stoica MD is a board certified physician specialised in functional medicine to help patients find root causes for their illnesses. She does not believe in just treating symptoms.

Dr. Stoica received her MD from Bucharest Medical School in Romania in 2008. She’s a specialized medical doctor in Endocrinology and Family Medicine. She became a metabolic balance® Coach in 2010 and is participating in different nutrition and integrative medicine courses.She ‘s a member of American Society of Anti-Aging , Institute for Functional Medicine, European Society of Endocrinology and International Menopause Society.

She uses an integrative holistic approach to wellness utilising conventional medicine and evidence based complementary therapies. She believes in treating the patient as a whole (body, mind, and soul) and places a strong emphasis on preventive care, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. Within our retreat Ana Maria contributes to our nutrition programme in partnership with Dr Toma and offers assistance on balancing food with overall health.
