Combine daily yoga practice with rich cultural immersion in Tulum—a town steeped in ancient Mayan energy and abundant natural wonders, internationally renowned for its energetic and scenic splendor.
You'll dive in spectacular cenotes—underground fresh water pools formed when limestone has collapsed and opened up pathways to underground rivers. The Maya used cenotes as their main source of fresh water and recognized them as spiritual centers. Suzan and Tracy can also advise you on taking a visit to the miraculous Sian Ka'an, a World Heritage Site biosphere, and Chichén Itzá, one of the seven wonders of the modern world.
You will visit beautiful local beaches and experience Mayan culture at its best at Coba and Tulum ruins, with plenty of time left over to explore Tulum at your own leisure and pace. Your guide for the retreat, Suzan, is a Tulum expert and can point you to all the best local spots.
