In this unique and immersive experience, you'll be greeted outside Chalfont & Latimer Station - London Underground Zone 8 - where you will be escorted from the station by your hosts to a secret woodland estate. From here, you will be greeted by our award winning chef, Ben Spalding, an alumni of three Michelin starred The Fat Duck, your guide on this incredible culinary experience.
Wanting to break away for the stiff formality often associated with fine dining and Michelin-starred establishments, Ben has curated an exciting and accessible four course dining experience reminiscent of his integral role played in the development of London’s high-end street food movement.
This will be a luxurious four course culinary masterpiece served outdoors and smoked on an open flame using pine, beech and oak wood from the surroundings.
This event is suitable for meat eaters and vegetarians - please get in touch with any other dietary requirements and we'll absolutely do our best to accomodate. Wine and soft drinks are included but please feel free to bring your own also.
