Project Change is a journey of self-exploration in new and inspiring places. You may be stuck, unhappy, stressed or simply love yoga, travel, running and want to be your better self.
It's difficult to create change in our everyday lives, without stepping out of our comfort zones; it's through this philosophy that Project Change evolved.
With Project Change, you'll achieve personal development and awareness through sustainable travel, elephant conservation and thought-provoking adventures using elemental yoga therapy, coaching, running, mindfulness, surfing/SUP and food. Food is a huge part of Project Change. What we put in our bodies and how we feel is a fundamental part of making effective change. The food will be vegetarian, local and freshly prepared each day. Meat and vegan options are also available.
They'll be a group of people departing on the 22nd of May 2020 from London, so please let us know if you'd like to join us.
