This intensive 4 days workshop will help you bring a new level of mental and physical focus and energy in your life.

Combining Solution Focus with mindfulness, movement and breathing, your body will be left with rich memories of how to better manage your inner state during the moments where life is challenging and work situations are tough. During this retreat, you'll make room for what is important to you now: being clearer in saying no, making better decisions, or whatever else you're working on.

Liselotte Is a Solution Focused coach and facilitator. She loves to work with people and be supportive in their journey to more ease, flow and Resilience. She facilitates workshops on leadership, Solution Focus and Resilience and she coaches people using mindfulness, energetic bodywork, movement, heart coherence and breathing practices.
