Dive into luxury and serenity with a freshwater lap pool, three custom built yoga pavilions, an Ayurvedic spa, and a gourmet open-air restaurant serving fresh and healthy meals made with organic produce from our own vegetable garden.

Talalla aims to create a balanced schedule that will nurture your body, mind, and spirit. You are under no obligation to participate in any of the activities, but this is a sample of what a day at Talalla might look like.

Start your morning off with meditation, pilates, and an invigorating Vinyasa flow yoga class. Enjoy a locally-sourced breakfast before moving into free time, which you can spend exploring the beach, getting a massage, hitting the spa, or getting a one-on-one consultation with one of Talalla's experienced instructors.

PM

Refuel with another delicious, locally-sourced meal prepared by our chefs, then join a Sri-Lankan cooking class or take a private surf lesson. Cool down with a restorative pilates or yoga class before enjoying your final meal of the day. Soothe yourself into sleep with a guided meditation before heading to bed.
