Uncover life out in Taos valley, listening to the call of coyotes as you look up at the stars and the clearest night's sky you'll ever see.

Begin the day with morning yoga at Casa Gallina against the backdrop of the Taos Mountain then venture out to hike, bike, raft or immerse yourself in the culture, arts and history of Taos.

While all of our teachers are unique, each lives for the intersection of yoga and travel. Our teachers have invested their lives in creating safe and beautiful spaces for their students to grow, heal and have fun. We work with each teacher to create a unique, in depth and inspiring program that allows students to dive deep into their body, mind and spirit, while setting the stage for a deeper connection to the land, the people and the culture everywhere we go and beyond.

Casa Gallina offers the peace and quiet of a farm but with the added benefit of being only five minutes away from Taos' bustling central plaza.

Wake to the sounds of hens roaming the grounds and enjoy delicious meals you can prepare in your own kitchens from the produce picked straight from Casa Gallina's gardens. On down-time, swing lazily from a hammock and soak up this beautiful rural setting that lends itself perfectly to your four day yoga retreat.

The Plan

Day 1

After you arrive at your accommodation, you'll kick off the long weekend with a welcoming yoga session and opening circle ceremony.

Day 2

Grab a cup of coffee or tea before heading to the morning yoga and meditation session, which will be followed by a delicious and hearty breakfast. Then, you'll head out for a beautiful hike before returning home for lunch and some free time (or an optional excursion) before the relaxing evening yoga session. End the day with a delicious dinner.

Day 3

Ease into the day with a cup of tea before heading to your morning yoga and meditation session, which will be followed by breakfast. You'll have free time to head out for a hike, read a book, or kick back and relax until lunch, which will be followed by more free time and optional provided activities. When you return, you'll unwind with an evening yoga session, then end the day with dinner.

Day 4

Enjoy a final restorative and rejuvenating yoga and meditation session before a delicious brunch and departure.
