Overview

We love Tulum and we've been waiting to go back to Tulum until we could find the right place to call home and we've found it at Holistika. This magical land between the sea and the jungle is way more than a beautiful tourist escape, its home to the ancient Mayan civilization of the Yucatan, which is no wonder why we feel it's pulse pulling us in so powerfully.

The week will be filled with incredibly healthy and beautiful food, yoga, movement and transformational sessions designed specifically for you to blossom into your most embodied woman possible. Don't worry, we'll have plenty of time to stroll the beach, read poolside and go on local excursions to soak in the depth of this rich land and culture.

Diana Paschal

Diana Paschal is a E-500RYT yoga & meditation teacher and life coach who guides others to deeper awareness, clarity and wellbeing. She’s work with individuals, leads global retreats, trainings and her signature AwakenAwe workshops. Her classes are accessible and offer clear instruction on precise alignment and integration, informed by her studies in Iyengar, Katonah, Vinyasa and Meditation. Diana utilizes yoga as a vehicle to deepen our insight, harmony and connection. She’s studied yoga therapeutics with Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman. She is certified in Katonah Yoga from founder Nevine Michaan, and has studied with other world renowned teachers including Carrie Owerko, Nikki Costello and Schuyler Grant. Diana is passionate to bring yoga to wider populations and partners with non-profit groups to further this goal. She has taught children yoga at SeriousFun and partnered with Gaiam, Wanderlust, The Assemblage, MindBodyGreen, Columbia Business School, WeWork, DayBreaker, Alo & Athleta. She is grateful to offer these teachings which have supported her own healing and growth.

The Plan

RETREAT LIFE

Tulum is filled with magic and wonder, combined with rest and relaxation. Each day will be filled with yoga, meditation, breathwork and transformational sessions along with delicious meals at every corner, free time to explore the beaches, cafes, nap by the pool and connect with new friends. 

THE FOOD

Every Yogascapes retreat has delicious food, it's one of our most important ingredients, however we are looking forward to the abundance of beautiful food at the Terra restaurant at Holistika. Catering toward all your dietary needs, we will provide three meals a day and you can always explore one of the many delicious restaurants along the beach.

ACTIVITIES

We won't plan too much on this 5 day retreat, as we want you to have time to yourself and to be able to relax, and find time to be still, however we will have an excursion to Coba, the incredible Mayan ruins and a swim in a cenote, a sacred underground pool connected by underground rivers. We will also host a Temezcal (sweat lodge) near the end of the retreat.

HEALING

In addition to the Temezcal, there will be plenty of options for healing at Holistika and nearby spas. From ancient mayan massage and readings, to thai massage, scrubs, sound baths and so much more,
