Abby Tucker

Abby Tucker is a teacher, priestess and mystic, who integrates yoga with mystical earth-based and gnostic wisdom. Her classes offer dynamic biomechanics, gleaned from nearly 20 years of practice and study, within a variety of contexts, including strength and stamina-building. Often described as a “teacher’s teacher,” Abby’s classes nourish and empower students at every level of practice. Her chief mission in teaching is to help students unveil their internal wisdom and power, and to educate them into the depth of practice so that they can thrive in practice and life for the long-term.

Domaine de Mournac and Bell Tents

A stunning 12th century stone coachhouse tucked away in over 15 wooded acres in South West France. Or, comfy glamping in fully-outfitted bell tents.

Domaine de Mournac is set amongst lush woodlands and surrounded by vineyards. You can explore the Cathar castles and hike up the nearby mountains. Or, you can kick back, relax, and take in the views from the heated outdoor pool.

The Bell Tents come fully dressed to a hotel standard with plush beds and furniture, fairy lights, and nearby showers.

The Plan


Get settled in with a restorative welcome yoga session, followed by a delicious group dinner.


Jump start your day with an early morning yoga practice followed by a wholesome and tasty breakfast. Then, you'll head out for an excursion to explore the stunning limestone cliffs of Gorge De Galamus and eat lunch in Rennes Les Bains. You'll wind down the evening with a gentle yoga class followed by dinner and free time for the rest of the night.


You'll ease into the day with a revitalizing yoga class and breakfast. Then, you can spend your day relaxing at the retreat, or join an optional excursion before heading out to eat lunch at the nearby crag. You'll then do your evening yoga session, followed by a delicious dinner.


After your morning yoga session and breakfast, you'll head out for an excursion to the Labyrinthe at Nebias and the Cathar Castles. When you return home, you'll wind down with a restorative yoga session, followed by a wholesome and nutritious dinner.


Warm up for the day ahead with an energizing morning yoga session followed by breakfast. Then, you'll head out for a half-day rock climbing trip, after which you'll eat lunch at the crag. When you return, you'll wind down with a yoga session followed by a tasty and wholesome dinner.


You'll start the day with revitalizing morning yoga and a hearty, healthy breakfast before heading out for a visit and lunch at the local winery. Then, you'll enjoy a calming evening yoga class before a final group dinner.
