And she plays big; straddling the mindfulness and political worlds, so that the social change makers—the visionaries—she works with can mobilize and organize effectively.

The Plan

Day 1

After checking and settling in to your accommodation, you'll have a restorative evening yoga session and opening circle. This will be followed by a delicious group dinner.

Day 2

Start the day with an energizing morning yoga session, followed by breakfast. You'll then head out to one of the many extraordinary hikes that Zion has to offer before having some free time to explore the park or just kick back and relax. Then, you'll regroup with a relaxing evening yoga session, followed by a tasty dinner.

Day 3

Start the day with a delicious breakfast before hitting the water for a gorgeous, four-hour canyoneering trip through the red rock formations. You'll have some free time to relax, reflect, or explore the park before the evening yoga session. Then, dinner will be followed by a closing circle.

Day 4

There will be an optional morning yoga class and hearty breakfast before you head home.
