This is a sample schedule of what a day on the retreat might look like.
Start the day with a coastal beach run before breakfast, then push yourself with a 30-minute core circuit followed by an hour of boxing practice.
After refueling with a hearty lunch, do an hour of suspension training before heading outside for high-intensity interval training. Wind down with an hour of restorative yoga before dinner, then enjoy the rest of the evening off.
