Rebecca is passionately committed to imparting knowledge and providing a support system for those ready to improve the world from the inside out.
Rebecca seeks to create a sacred space for students to connect within themselves more deeply through breath and posture, with a unique teaching style most influenced by Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin yoga, and Vipassana meditation.

Come together for a welcoming ceremony and yoga class after which you will head to Origen Restaurant for dinner.
Start the day refreshed and energized after a morning yoga session. Then head to Origen Restaurant for a market tour, cooking class, and lunch with the owner and head chef Rodolfo Castellanos. Kick back until it's time to express yourself at the evening creative session, after which you'll enjoy dinner wherever you please.
After a revitalizing morning yoga session and breakfast, you'll head out to explore the Monte Alba ruins. Recharge with lunch and head to Santa Catarina Minas, where you'll learn all about how to produce the best Mezcal in the traditional process. Enjoy a delicious dinner at Sacapalabras.
Ease into the morning with a rejuvenating yoga session followed by a filling, nutritious breakfast. Check out the stunning Santo Domingo church before enjoying free time until you're dropped off at Merced Market. You'll do your own thing for a few hours (maybe indulge in some of the famously good tamales, manelas, and tortillas) before heading back home for a creative session. End your day with a tasty dinner.
Start the day with guided meditation and breakfast, before departing for an optional trip to the stunning rock formations of Hierve el Aqua. Recharge with lunch, then visit local textile master and enjoy some shopping in Teotitlan de Valle. Return home for a yoga class and creative session before a group dinner at Criollo.
Start the day with yoga and breakfast then kick back until you head out for a cooking class and eat the fruits of your labor for lunch. You'll have the afternoon free to explore Oaxaca until the evening closing circle, followed by a group family-style dinner.
