Take a leap into your fullest, most vibrant self in this week-long yoga and Ayurvedic retreat.

Journey through the exotic landscapes of Sri Lanka with a visit to a tea plantation, take one of the most awe-inspiring train rides in the world and learn to cook Ayurvedic, with free time to enjoy the stunning beauty of your lakeside accommodation.

You'll also have opportunities to participate in a one-on-one Ayurvedic counselling session with Sachi, receive healing body work, and visit an elephant sanctuary.

The Plan

    Ease into the retreat with a gentle welcoming yoga practice followed by a delicious group dinner.

    Start the day with a grounding morning yoga practice before eating breakfast and heading out for an excursion to the tea plantation. Then enjoy a delicious lunch and an optional Ayurvedic counselling session with Sachi, followed by an evening yoga session and dinner.

    Ease into the day with a nourishing morning yoga practice followed by breakfast. Then head to a cooking class for lunch, followed by an Ayurvedic workshop and dinner.

    This day will start with a fiery morning yoga practice. Then, after breakfast, you'll hop on the stunning train ride to Ella and Adam's Peak for lunch. When you return home you'll unwind with an evening yoga practice, followed by a tasty and nourishing dinner.

    Float into your day with a gentle morning yoga practice, followed by breakfast. Then, spend your free day going to the Elephant Sanctuary or Minneria Reserve before lunch. Recenter with the evening yoga practice, then enjoy a delicious dinner.

    Start the day with a morning yoga session, followed by breakfast and an optional one-on-one Ayurvedic counseling session with Sachi. Then, head outside for some kayaking or hiking before returning for lunch. You'll have some time to rest and reflect before your evening yoga session, which will be followed by a final group dinner and closing circle.
