You'll then head to the tranquil mountain region of Viñales, where you can hike and explore the untouched forests and agricultural landscapes.
This down-to-earth adventure will be complimented by accomodation in local homestays throughout the week, where you'll get a taste of the warmth and richness of the community.

Lihi Benisty is a yoga practitioner who strives for the perfect alchemy of precise physical instruction, intelligence, intention, and space in her classes. You can expect detailed attention to alignment to discover the subtleties of each posture, while using the breath to find a sense of lightness and ease.
Benisty draws from various yoga lineages (vinyasa, ashtanga, bhakti, iyengar) and incorporates them into a rich and satisfying experience. Her classes are challenging, uplifting, and approachable, as she takes you beyond the physical aspects of yoga and brings you into your own sacred space.

After you settle in to your accommodation, you'll unwind with a grounding rooftop yoga session. Then, you'll head to a welcome dinner reception at a farm-to-table restaurant, complete with live music. Afterwards, you can call it a night or continue the party with some salsa dancing by the water.
After fueling up with a hearty and wholesome breakfast, you'll head off to a morning yoga class at The Cuban Yoga Association, followed by lunch. Then, you'll explore the Afro Cuban Community art alley with live drums and dance performances. You can enjoy dinner on your own at one of Havana's many fantastic restaurants before joining an optional visit to an artist collective/performance space.
You'll jumpstart the day with a delicious breakfast in Old Havana before heading to your morning yoga session in a performance theater space. Then, you'll work up an appetite in a Salsa and Rumba class before heading to lunch. Afterwards, you'll take a walking tour of the Old Havana World Heritage sites, followed by dinner. You can call it a night there or join an optional outing to listen to some live jazz music.
After an invigorating morning rooftop yoga session and breakfast, you'll make a visit to a community art project in Miramar. Then, after refueling with lunch, you'll head to an Afro Cuban dance class, followed by dinner. You'll end the day with some big band salsa in Miramar.
After breakfast, you'll depart for Viñales, grabbing lunch on the way. Once you arrive, you'll settle in with an afternoon yoga session and a delicious dinner. Then, you'll hit the town for a night of live music and dancing.
You'll start the day early on a sunrise hike with a local guide, stopping to enjoy a traditional cup of coffee on the mountain while you take in the views of the valley. After you return and eat breakfast, you'll head out for a tour of the tobacco and coffee fields followed by lunch. You'll end the day with sunset yoga and a festive dinner reception.

In Havana, Cuba's bustling capital, you’ll stay in a homestay one block from the sea in the hip neighborhood of Vedado. This will be your jumping off point for all of your adventures throughout the old and new city.
Viñales is most known as the gateway to the Sierra de los Organos mountains and the Viñales Valley. The valley’s large limestone hills are will known to rock climbers and hikers for dramatic views. Your homestay will be adjacent houses surrounded by natural views and farmland.
