Check-in to your apartment and get acquainted with your surroundings before meeting at 7pm for an aperitivo. Nothing says Italy like a Spritz, so enjoy your first sip of Aperol as you take in the backdrop of the medieval village. It's here that you will meet the culinary team before diving into dinner, a four-course feast under the pergola or in the rustic Tuscan dining room.
Dive straight into the action with a tour of the local Buffalo mozzarella farm, where you can enjoy buffalo milk cappuccinos, followed by a cheese tasting led by an artisanal cheese producer.
Next up on today's agenda is a tour around an Organic Tuscan rice farm, followed by a class in cooking the perfect Italian risotto. Then, of course, comes the eating and a well-earned glass of wine.
Soak up some rays in the afternoon during your free time when you can head to Castiglione beach town. Indulge in the offerings of the best gelateria in town and take some down time strolling the Medieval fortress.
After some tasty aperitivo snacks and a glass of prosecco, Oli will take you through all the essential skills and secrets to perfect risotto making with the rice we picked up earlier. We’ll cook together in the spacious and well-equipped village professional kitchen, before eating our risottos (plus a few other treats prepared by your hosts) in the beautiful village square outside.
Set sail on unique fishing boat trip bright and early to pull in nets with the charismatic local fisherman who's making waves in marine life preservation on the Tuscan coast. Enjoy the chance to dip into the sea for a swim and have lunch on the deck, under the sun's rays.
Take advantage of your free time to explore the local village and rub shoulders with the Tuscan locals.
Roll up your sleeves and get to cooking today's catch with your resident expert chef Oli who is on hand to show you the ropes. The evening's cooking lesson is followed by an aperitivo in true Italian style and a candlelit dinner al fresco, of course.
Get to grips with the staples of Italian cooking, ravioli and cantucci biscuits, and enjoy a well-deserved alfresco lunch with a glass of wine.
We’ll take you to a nearby organic vineyard, and at 600m above sea level it has incredible views. Enjoy their wines, wander through the cellar, and have a snack to set you up for your free evening.

Learn all about organic honeymaking on a tour from a Tuscan bee keeper. Study the hives and get an insight into honey and Brunello wine production - a wine that's particularly sought after internationally. Then enjoy an eclectic lunch (pecorino and truffle honey!) with the hum of bees in the background.

Get clued up in the world of Pecorino and Pizza with a tour of a pretty Pecorino farm on a hilltop, where you'll also learn how to make the perfect Pizza using cheese straight from the farm. Feast on your pizza while taking in views of stunning Pienza and Monte Amiata.
Start today with a hands-on cooking class, learning the secrets and skills of making great gnocchi then feast on your creation after your hard work before heading off cycling.
A light ride over the hills and down through the local villages to burn off the excesses of the week, with our knowledgeable and friendly private cycling guide. The ride will take you to a beautiful vineyard on the Tuscan plains.
Visit an award-winning vineyard where you'll explore the cellar where the grapes are "listened to" and where they “interpret the messages coming straight from the earth”. Then enjoy a glass of Sangiovese, Viognier and Syrah, paired with traditional Tuscan antipasti.
