Liya (Charan Kamal Kaur)
Liya (Charan Kamal Kaur) creates a heart-filled, fun, joyful way to calm the mind and align with your inner truth, bringing laughter to every class.
Her yoga journey began in the heart of New York City where she lived a fast-paced life as a business executive. As the stress of this life began to affect her health, Liya turned to yoga.
In addition to yoga, Liya studied deep esoteric Kabbalah, including the sacred Tree of Life and dream work, in Los Piramidas Del Ka, a school in Guatemala. She is certified in both Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga and is a registered KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) instructor. She took her Level 1 and 2 trainings with Gurmukh and Gurushabd in India. Currently, she assists Jai Dev Singh’s immersion courses in California where she lives.
Her highest values are authenticity and honesty with herself and others.

Arrive to yoga and an opening circle then get to know your fellow retreaters at dinner.
Spend the morning meditating and practicing yoga then relax with some free time for swimming or even a massage. In the afternoon you'll have the opportunity to experience a gong bath before yoga and dinner.
Wake to a sunrise meditation before morning yoga and closing circle with brunch marking a final farewell to the weekend.
