Practicing since the early 2000’s to recover from a riding back injury, Susie is now a fully qualified Yoga instructor by the YMCA Awards and registered on the REP’s registry for Exercise Professionals. Her classes combine gentle Hatha sequencing with attention to alignment, soft music, meditation, relaxation techniques and humour.

This is a sample of what a day on the retreat might look like. All activities are optional and all levels of Yoga practitioner are welcome.
Start the day with a smoothie, juices, hot water and lemon, coffee, and tea before heading to your energising morning Yoga class.
Enjoy a delicious, organic brunch made from local ingredients by your in-house Tuscan mamma, Caterina. Then, you'll head to a group Life Coaching session.
You'll have free time to relax, read, take a swim in the pool, or go for a mindful walk in the countryside—your time is yours.
Enjoy a one-on-one Life Coaching session, followed by a gentle and restorative evening yoga class.
You'll end the day with a delicious and wholesome Italian dinner, enjoyed with your new group of like-minded friends.
This villa has six bedrooms, living rooms with three kitchens, dining room, a gym/Yoga Shala and vegetable garden.
Hand-painted tiles, old oak wood floors and hand-made coat hangers maintain the atmosphere of a typical Tuscan country home, but you'll stay comfy with AC, central heating, double-glazed windows, heated pool, WiFi and fully equipped kitchens.
There are many outdoor patio spaces to enjoy the stunning views and fragrant agapanthus, lavender and roses surrounding the villa.
