You'll stay in a quaint wooden cabin with stunning lakeside views and benefit from daily yoga sessions in a variety of styles to energise, rebalance and open your heart and mind.
The guided yoga sessions will vary from strong vinyasa flow to restorative yin yoga. This retreat encourages individual development and wellness with 30 minutes of private lessons offered to each student and a 30 minute healing session with a certified doctor. You can spend the rest of the time exploring your surroundings, hiking, running or simpy reading a book or taking the time to write.

The house offers cozy rooms with both shared and private options, as well as plenty of shared space so you meet plenty of likeminded people on the retreat.
