Stay in a vibey hostel in the beautiful old town of Atigua de Baia for full immersion into Portuguese culture and close proximity to local stores, cafes and restaurants.

The yoga offered varies from a strong vinyasa flow to restorative yin yoga then spend the rest of the time surfing, hitting up the vibrant local scene and soaking up Portuguese beach life.

    Start the day with a fiery and revitalising Vinyasa flow.

    Enjoy a delicious, wholesome, and hearty breakfast.

    Whenever you finish breakfast, head out for your surf lessons or stay back to spend the time exploring Atouguia da Baleia or unwind in your luxurious accommodation.

    18:00

    After a day of surf and sun, you'll head home for your restorative evening Yin yoga class.

    19:30

    End the day with a tasty and nutritious meal and good conversation.
