Andrew Simpson & Layla Bannard-Smith

Andy comes from a background in personal training, with over 14,000 PT hours in the books. He now runs his own gym and is fast becoming a well-known Life Coach. Andy works with entrepreneurs, athletes and executives on their mental health and personal development.

Layla is a Personal Trainer, dressage & show jumper, and former lawyer. She is incredibly focused and will push you to reach—and surpass—your goals. As the head trainer at Poynton Fitness, Layla specialises in female and equestrian fitness.

The Plan

  • This is a sample of what a day on the retreat might look like. All activities are optional and all levels of Yoga practitioner are welcome.

    Start the day with hot water and lemon, tea and coffee before heading to your energising morning yoga class.

    10:00

    After a hearty and healthy brunch, you'll head to a Fitness Coaching Session.

    12:00

    Free time to read, lounge by the pool, take the boat out on the lake, or whatever you please.

    You'll regroup for a mindful country hike, followed by a Life Coaching session on your goals and habits.

    You'll end the day with a delicious, home-cooked group meal with your new friends.

Farm Villa

A vibrant and secluded villa surrounded by fragrant gardens.

Overview

You'll be staying at an authentic farm villa tucked away in the Andalucian hills very close to Sotogrande. Surrounding the property is a plethora of orange groves, avocado plantations, and three lakes. There is no light, air or noise pollution for miles, creating the perfect space for you to completely disconnect with the outside and reconnect with yourself and nature.
