    Day

    You'll start the day with a morning yoga session, then enjoy a wholesome and nutritious breakfast. Then, you'll take part in a personal health, lifestyle, and fitness assessment before heading out on a scenic mountain bike ride. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch and wild swim in a mountain lake, then have some free time to take in the scenery or rest and reflect before attending a nutritional consultation. End the day with a tasty and healthy dinner.

    Wake up early for a sunrise hike before enjoying a nutritious and hearty breakfast. Then, you'll head to a cooking class where you'll learn some new techniques and enjoy the fruits of your labour for lunch. You'll have some free time to kick back and relax before your evening fitness session, which will be followed by a delicious dinner.

    Day

    You'll ease into the day gently with a morning meditation followed by a fitness session. Refuel with a wholesome breakfast before heading out for some stand-up paddleboarding. You'll return to your accommodation for lunch, then do a final goal-setting session to help you implement healthy and exciting lifestyle changes after you return home.
