The Land

Rustic cabins and homes nestled in verdant, secluded wilderness.

Overview

The Land was first developed in 1908, when it was used lodging resort that continued to operate through the 40s and 50s. It was then bought around 1957 and converted to El Rancho Navarro, a long-beloved children’s camp and modern-day resort.

Historic, 300-year old trees dot the property, with the renowned Redwood Grove in Hendy Woods State Park accessible by forest road. There are many nearby swimming holes and river walks, and the miles of forested trails are great for hiking and exploring.
